After finishing my night duty, i'm on my holiday now. It's good to have holiday, but my LCD TV had been sent off for repair, can't use it for watching tv drama now>_< So i put back my old TV on my living room again.
It's just so unlucky. Even i buy the PS3 recently, can only play it in my old tv, can't wait for my LCD TV come back!!.

Another day when i opened my parcel from JDM Yard, they sent me wrong stuff, i ordered the roll center adjuster for my honda jazz but they sent a engine torque damper which is useless to me. So i return to them and need to wait for at least 4 weeks before i can get my order back. I'm so unlucky recently~_~ Reading the HK newspaper today, it is reported like these: 全港護士人手短缺，私家醫院銀彈搶人。養和醫院本月起大幅調高招聘護士薪酬，無工作經驗的新畢業註冊護士起薪點高達二萬四千零五十元。醫管局雖變招應付，今年將新入職護士合約由三年延長為六年，望以長約「綁住」白衣天使，新入職護士起薪點亦由○五年十三點（月薪一萬七千九百三十五元）加至去年十五點（一萬九千七百九十元），但結果令一批舊人的人工與新人相差無幾，不滿年資遭漠視，○五年入職的護士正醞釀八月約滿後拉隊轉投私院。 HK nurse is so underpay than Australian nurse, only get ~19000 when they first graduated. Melbourne nurse is not well pay when compare to other state, but i reckon HK nurse is much more underpay. HK Gove should increase pay more or HK nurse should consider coming over to australia at least they will be earning about $27000 when they had worked 3 years. The work is less in here but can earn more money than in HK. |
